Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Painter for a 3-day project at The Skipton Academy, BD23 1UQ. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating works to a high standard while maintaining a safe and professional working environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming.
• Applying paint finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality standard.
• Protecting surrounding areas and maintaining cleanliness throughout the project.
• Adhering to all site health and safety requirements.
• Working efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven painting and decorating experience.
• Own tools and PPE preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
