Industrial Painter (Skilled) - Leicester City Centre

Are you a skilled painter with a keen eye for detail? Our client, a prestigious student accommodation in Leicester City Centre, is looking for dedicated Industrial Painters to commit to their team from 18th August - 4th September 2026 (Mon-Fri only). If you take pride in delivering high-quality finishes and enjoy working on diverse projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you'll be doing:
* Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion
* Applying industrial-grade paints, coatings, and finishes with precision
* Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
* Following health and safety guidelines at all times
* Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard

What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in industrial painting, with a strong focus on quality and safety
* Ability to work with various paints, coatings, and application techniques
* Good understanding of surface preparation and finishing processes
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Additional requirements:
* Relevant certifications or licences for industrial painting are preferred
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in industrial environments
* Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a basic DBS check prior to starting.

Hours of work are 09:00-17:30 daily
Pay rate - £17.00 per hour
