A well-established independent accident repair centre in Sidcup is looking to add an experienced Panel Beater to its team.

This is a multi-manufacturer approved bodyshop with a fantastic reputation for looking after its people. You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team where everyone works well together, using modern, top-of-the-range equipment in a clean, professional workshop. With further expansion plans already in place, it's an exciting time to come on board.

The Role

You'll carry out panel repairs to manufacturer standards, repairing and replacing damaged panels while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and working efficiently as part of an experienced team.

About You

• Level 3 qualified Panel Beater (or equivalent)
• Previous bodyshop or accident repair experience
• Quality-focused with good attention to detail
• Able to work efficiently without compromising standards

Salary and Benefits

• Up to £50,000 basic salary
• Bonus target has been achieved every month for the last two years, adding an average of £6,000-£7,000 per year
• Monday to Friday only
• Flexible working hours between 6:30am and 4:30pm operating window
• 20 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing with long service
• Modern workshop with the latest repair equipment
• Multiple manufacturer approvals
