THE ROLE
This is a hands-on Panel Beater / Panel Technician position where you will be trusted to complete quality repairs from initial strip through to final fit. You will work on accident-damaged vehicles, using your technical knowledge and repair skills to return vehicles to a high standard.

You will be responsible for:
·Completing Full Strip & Fit on accident-damaged vehicles
·Carrying out structural and cosmetic body repairs
·Removing and refitting panels, trims and vehicle components
·Repairing and replacing damaged body panels
·Carrying out panel alignment and adjustment
·Assessing vehicle damage and selecting the correct repair method
·Using professional body repair tools and equipment
·Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

ABOUT YOU
You will be an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician who takes pride in producing quality repairs and is confident working independently on a range of accident-damaged vehicles.

You should have:
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ / IMI / SVQ / ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development
·Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician
·Strong Full Strip & Fit experience - essential
·Good knowledge of modern vehicle body repair techniques
·Experience with panel replacement, repair, alignment and refitting
·Ability to work efficiently without compromising repair quality
·Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
·Reliable, professional and committed approach to your work
