THE ROLE
As an Experienced Panel Beater, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality accident repairs, panel replacement and body repairs on a range of vehicles. Working as part of an experienced bodyshop team, you'll ensure repairs are completed efficiently, safely and to the highest possible standards.

Key Responsibilities:
·Carry out minor and major panel repairs, replacement and alignment following accident damage
·Complete structural repairs, welding, metal finishing and associated body repair work
·Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods and techniques
·Use specialist body repair tools and equipment safely and effectively
·Identify additional damage or repair requirements and communicate these to the VDA / Estimator or Workshop Controller
·Work closely with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians and Workshop Controllers to maintain efficient vehicle throughput
·Follow manufacturer repair methods, technical procedures and required quality standards
·Complete repairs within agreed production times while maintaining excellent workmanship, safety and attention to detail

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced and technically capable Panel Beater / Panel Technician who takes pride in their workmanship and has a strong understanding of modern accident repair.

·Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician within an automotive accident repair/bodyshop environment
·Strong knowledge of accident damage, vehicle body repair and panel replacement
·Experience carrying out structural repairs, welding, metal finishing and panel alignment
·Good understanding of modern vehicle construction and manufacturer repair methods
·Ability to assess damage and select appropriate repair techniques
·Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
·Ability to work efficiently within a busy production environment while maintaining repair standards
·Professional, reliable and motivated approach
·Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
·IMI and/or ATA qualifications advantageous
·Full UK Driving Licence preferred
