THE ROLE
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll carry out vehicle body repairs, restoring damaged panels and bodywork to the required standards. You'll need to work accurately, follow appropriate repair procedures and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Assessing vehicle damage and identifying the repairs required.
·Repairing, reshaping and replacing damaged body panels.
·Removing and refitting components as necessary to complete repairs.
·Using suitable tools and equipment to carry out body repairs.
·Ensuring panel alignment, fit and finish meet the required standards.
·Completing repairs efficiently without compromising quality.
·Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

ABOUT YOU
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ / IMI / SVQ / ATA), with an ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Previous experience working as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
·Confident repairing damaged panels and replacing body components.
·Able to use body repair tools and equipment safely and effectively.
·Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality repairs.
·Reliable, organised and able to manage workload efficiently.
·Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
