Duties of the Panel Beater / MET Technician:

• Efficiently carry out panel repairs and Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) work on a range of vehicles
• Perform filler repairs and bodywork, including door blends and rear quarter repairs
• Work with a variety of modern paint systems while developing expertise in vehicle preparation
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all repairs
• Follow health and safety protocols and workshop procedures
• Assist in keeping the workshop clean and safe at all times

Requirements of the Panel Beater / MET Technician:

• Proven experience as a Panel / MET Technician with a strong background in bodywork and mechanical repairs
• Knowledge of modern paint systems and advanced body repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Flexible approach to working hours and tasks
