THE ROLE
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you will be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of quality.

Key responsibilities include:
·Carrying out panel repairs on damaged vehicles
·Removing and replacing damaged body panels and components
·Realigning vehicle structures using specialist repair equipment
·Repairing dents, creases, and bodywork damage to manufacturer standards
·Following approved repair methods and workshop procedures
·Preparing repaired panels for the refinishing process
·Ensuring all repairs are completed within agreed timescales
·Working collaboratively with estimators, painters, and workshop colleagues

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an accident repair centre or Bodyshop environment and take pride in delivering exceptional repair quality.

·Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Body Repair Technician
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development
·Strong understanding of modern vehicle body repair techniques
·Experience working within a Bodyshop or accident repair environment
·Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
·Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
·Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
·Positive attitude with a team-focused approach
·Full UK Driving Licence preferred
