THE ROLE
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer specifications.

Key responsibilities include:
·Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels using approved repair techniques.
·Carrying out structural and cosmetic body repairs to manufacturer standards.
·Straightening vehicle bodywork using specialist repair equipment.
·Removing and refitting body panels where required to complete repairs.
·Working closely with MET Technicians and Paint Sprayers to ensure efficient workflow.
·Completing repairs within agreed timescales without compromising quality.
·Following all health and safety procedures and manufacturer repair methods.
·Maintaining a clean, organised and professional working environment.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a skilled Panel Beater / Panel Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and enjoys working as part of a collaborative Bodyshop team.

You will ideally have:
·A recognised qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ, IMI, SVQ or ATA) or equivalent industry experience.
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
·Strong knowledge of modern body repair techniques and manufacturer repair methods.
·The ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
·Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
·A positive attitude with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
·A full UK driving licence.
