We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Panel Beater in Oldham. This opportunity is ideal for skilled and experienced motor trade professionals seeking a reputable and growth-oriented workplace.

The Panel Beater role offers the following benefits:

The duties of the Panel Beater include:
  • Repairing and replacing panels on a variety of vehicles including HGVs, vans, and cars
  • Undertaking welding and light fabrication work
  • Carrying out bodywork repairs, including filling and finishing
  • Assessing vehicle damage and recommending effective repair strategies
  • Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and complies with industry regulations
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • Collaborating with team members to meet productivity and quality targets
The requirements for the Panel Beater include:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater or multi-skilled technician within vehicle repair centres
  • Welding experience is highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of body repair tools and techniques
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Relevant qualifications such as ATA/NVQ are desirable; support available to update or obtain certifications
  • Practical experience working on HGVs, vans, and cars preferred
