Duties of a Panel Beater:
  • Carry out high-quality panel repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • Remove, repair, and replace damaged vehicle panels
  • Assess vehicle damage accurately to determine appropriate repair methods
  • Ensure repairs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
  • Maintain detailed repair records and documentation as a Panel Beater
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimise workshop productivity and quality
  • Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
Requirements of a Panel Beater:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician within a bodyshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques and manufacturer repair procedures
  • ATA accreditation or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering first-class repairs
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
  • Full UK driving licence
