Our client, a reputable national multi-site automotive accident repair group, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Panel Beater to join their busy centre in Amesbury. Duties of a Panel Beater:
  • Replace and repair damaged or compromised bodywork panels
  • Conduct chassis and framework repairs
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
  • Complete bumper and door repairs as required
  • Ensure all repair works meet quality standards, both internal and third-party
  • Work efficiently and safely as part of a team to support centre operations
  • Assist with light Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) works where needed
Requirements of a Panel Beater:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater, with recent or current employment in a similar role
  • Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are desirable but not essential; individuals with at least 3 years of relevant on-the-job experience will be considered
  • Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • UK driving license with minimal points
  • ATA accreditation or experience in vehicle paint spraying is advantageous but not mandatory
