We are representing an established accident repair centre in Luton that is seeking an experienced and qualified Panel Beater to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Panel Beater to work in a reputable environment with excellent earning potential and ongoing training.

Benefits:
  • Up to £56,000 basic salary (£24 per hour)
  • OTE £65,000+ via personal efficiency and workshop bonuses
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with some flexibility
  • Overtime opportunities
  • Ongoing training and professional development support, including ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential)
  • Stable employment with a leading accident repair centre in Luton
Duties:
  • Carry out high-quality Panel Beater repairs on damaged vehicles
  • Remove and replace damaged body panels and components
  • Repair steel and aluminium panels using approved methods
  • Realign vehicle bodies and chassis where necessary
  • Use welding and specialist body repair equipment safely and effectively
  • Prepare painted panels for the finishing process
  • Identify additional damage or repair requirements during repairs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair or bodyshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques
  • Experience working with steel and aluminium panels
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop
  • ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
