We are seeking a highly skilled Panel Beater to join our client’s reputable Accident and Repair Centre located on the East side of Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to work within a professional and supportive team, delivering quality repairs and outstanding customer service.

Duties:
  • Carry out panel straightening, filling, and panel replacement work to the highest standard
  • Remove and refit panels, bumpers, and doors following manufacturer specifications
  • Weld using various techniques, including good welding skills (beneficial)
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to a high quality finish
  • Use your own tools to carry out repairs
  • Work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and professionalism
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety practices
  • Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients
Requirements for the Panel Beater position:
  • Full Level 3 Panel Beater qualification or equivalent (e.g., SCQF)
  • ATA accreditation is highly advantageous
  • Confident in using different tools and techniques to achieve high-quality finishes
  • Experienced in panel removal and refitting procedures
  • Strong welding skills (preferable)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
  • Own tools for the job
  • Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
  • Live within a commutable distance to East Edinburgh
