We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Panel Beater role at a reputable Accident Repair Centre in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and experienced Panel Beaters seeking a long-term position within a modern, high-volume workshop.   • Basic salary of £45,800 with an OTE exceeding £50,000 through uncapped bonuses

Duties of the Panel Beater:
  • Repair and replace vehicle body panels to a high standard
  • Remove dents, damage, and structural issues employing appropriate methods
  • Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and insurer standards
  • Work efficiently to achieve repair targets and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Conduct quality checks prior to vehicle handover
  • Collaborate with Paint and MET Technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements of the Panel Beater:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, or Body Repairer
  • Qualified to NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of modern repair techniques and vehicle structures
  • Ability to work efficiently within a high-volume environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential
