- Replacement and repair of damaged automotive body panels
- Conduct chassis and framework repairs
- Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine suitable repair methods
- Carry out bumper and door repairs as required
- Ensure all panel beating works meet internal and third-party quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and safe operation of the centre
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Current or recent experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater
- Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are desirable, but strong on-the-job experience will be considered
- Good eye for detail and quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- UK driving licence with minimal points
- ATA accreditation or experience working to BSI 10125 Kitemark Standards would be advantageous but is not essential
