We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading national accident and repair centre in Hull, for the position of Panel Beater. This is an excellent opportunity for fully qualified Level 3 Panel Beaters with experience in fast-paced accident repair environments to join a reputable organisation.

The successful Panel Beater will become an integral part of a busy team committed to high standards of workmanship.

Benefits:
  • Basic salary up to £49,920, dependent on experience (DOE)
  • Achievable earnings close to £55,000

Duties:
  • Remove and refit damaged panels efficiently and accurately
  • Use various techniques to achieve high-quality repairs
  • Work independently or collaboratively to meet repair standards
  • Maintain high levels of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Support team members where necessary to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified Level 3 Panel Beater
  • ATA accreditation (highly beneficial)
  • Proven experience working in a high-volume accident and repair centre
  • Ability to work to high standards with minimal supervision
  • Own tools required for panel beating tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
