We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prominent accident repair organisation in Nottingham, for the position of Panel Beater. Duties of the Panel Beater:
  • Carry out high-quality vehicle panel repairs and replacements to manufacturer standards
  • Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels efficiently
  • Assess vehicle damage and determine the correct repair methods
  • Ensure all repairs adhere to safety, quality, and efficiency standards
  • Maintain accurate repair records and documentation
  • Work closely with team members to maximise productivity and repair quality
  • Keep the workshop clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Requirements of the Panel Beater:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician within a bodyshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of modern panel repair techniques and manufacturer repair methods
  • ATA accreditation or equivalent qualifications (desirable but not essential)
  • High attention to detail and pride in first-class repair quality
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy team
  • Full UK driving licence
