Duties of the Panel Beater:
  • Repair and restore vehicle panels on a variety of cars, including hybrid and electric models.
  • Utilise appropriate techniques and tools to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.
  • Complete detailed reports and documentation for each repair job.
  • Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and vehicle manufacturer specifications.
Requirements of the Panel Beater:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater in an automotive repair environment.
  • Confidence in repairing hybrid and electric vehicles.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and safety standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle high workloads.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to collaborate within a team.
