We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Panel Beater in Nottinghamshire. This is a time-served position ideal for experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician individuals seeking a reputable employer with excellent career progression potential. Duties of a Panel Beater:
  • Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs, including panel replacement
  • Conduct chassis and framework repairs to ensure safety and structural integrity
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage to determine repair methods
  • Complete bumper and door repairs as necessary
  • Ensure all repairs meet internal and third-party quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Work efficiently to meet repair deadlines and productivity targets
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth workshop operations
Requirements of a Panel Beater:
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater / Panel Technician is essential
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is desirable
  • Strong hands-on experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship 
  • Ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining high standards
  • Strong communication and team working skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • ATA accreditation would be highly advantageous
  • Experience working to BSI 10125 standards is beneficial
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
