- 45-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings paid as overtime at time and a half

- Keeping the work environment clean and adhering to health and safety standards
- Managing administrative tasks related to repairs efficiently
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater, with a keen eye for detail and quality awareness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task
- ATA accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential
- NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred; complete or extensive experience will also be considered
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering outstanding vehicle repairs
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
