- Previous experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive bodyshop environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- NVQ or ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential
- Time-served Panel Beaters will also be considered
