- Basic salary up to £45,760, dependent on experience
- OTE approximately £60,000
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, no weekends

- Replacing or repairing damaged vehicle panels to a high standard
- Conducting insurance repairs and some retail work
- Planning job schedules and ordering parts to ensure timely vehicle repairs
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and technical skills
- Ensuring high levels of customer service that foster customer loyalty and referrals
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly work documentation
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Panel Beater in a bodyshop or main dealer setting
- Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
- ATA qualification would be advantageous but not essential
- NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable; extensive experience also welcomed
