- Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged body panels efficiently and accurately
- Realigning chassis and structural components using industry-standard jig work
- Performing welding procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Filling, sanding, and finishing panels to achieve a smooth, professional finish
- Conducting comprehensive quality checks prior to vehicle handover
- Collaborating closely with a team of experienced technicians to ensure repair standards are maintained
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater within crash or accident repair settings
- Strong knowledge of body repair techniques, welding, and panel jig systems
- Relevant qualifications in vehicle body repair, such as NVQ/IMI Level 3 (preferred but not essential)
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures in a repair environment
