Location: Slough

Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 + Bonus (Depending on expereince)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm

We are currently looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy, manufacturer-approved automotive Bodyshop in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern repair centre, alongside a skilled team committed to delivering high quality vehicle repairs.

The Role

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest level of quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Repairing damaged vehicle panels using approved repair methods.
• Removing and replacing damaged body panels where required.
• Straightening chassis and bodywork using specialist equipment.
• Carrying out panel alignment and fitting to manufacturer specifications.
• Welding, filling and preparing repaired panels for the paint process.
• Working closely with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians and the wider Bodyshop team.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Following all health and safety procedures within the workshop.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive bodyshop or accident repair centre.
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.
• Experience working with steel and aluminium panels.
• ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality repairs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
