Location: Slough
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 + OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm

We are currently looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy, manufacturer-approved automotive Bodyshop in Slough.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Repairing damaged vehicle panels using approved repair methods.
• Removing and replacing damaged body panels where required.
• Straightening chassis and bodywork using specialist equipment.
• Carrying out panel alignment and fitting to manufacturer specifications.
• Welding, filling and preparing repaired panels for the paint process.
• Working closely with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians and the wider Bodyshop team.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Following all health and safety procedures within the workshop.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive Bodyshop or accident repair centre.
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.
• Experience working with steel and aluminium panels.
• ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality repairs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
