Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join a market leading vehicle specialist company based in Birmingham. Qualifications

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident/ repair bodyshop environment
• Proficient in using modern repair equipment, welding, pulling systems and panel beating techniques
• A sharp eye for detail and a dedication to flawless craftsmanship
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and unsupervised  

Desirable:

• Familiarity with the British standard for vehicle damage repair, ensuring strict safety and quality compliance
• ATA/NVQ Level 3 Panel Technician Qualification

Roles & Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle damage to determine the most efficient and effective repair methods
• Remove, repair and replace damaged panels, chassis and components using specialised tools and equipment
• Utilise JIG and measuring systems to ensure correct vehicle alignment and structural integrity
• Ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standard, meeting both company quality benchmarks and safety regulations
• Managing your own workload effectively, working unsupervised whilst maintaining a consistent workflow

Requirements

As a Panel Beater, you will also be expected to:

• Work closely with the workshop team and management to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs
