Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent | Full-time

About the Role

An established legal practice based in Leeds City Centre is seeking a proactive and organised Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will work closely with experienced fee earners, assisting with a varied caseload while ensuring clients receive a high standard of service throughout the legal process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting fee earners with the day-to-day management of client files.
• Preparing legal documents, correspondence and court bundles.
• Conducting legal research where required.
• Liaising with clients, third parties and other professionals by telephone and email.
• Managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining accurate case management records.
• Opening and closing client files in accordance with compliance procedures.
• Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience working within a legal environment as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• A professional and client-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
