This role would suit someone who enjoys the technical side of financial planning, takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants to continue developing their career within paraplanning rather than move into a Financial Adviser role.
You will work closely with Financial Planners to support the delivery of tailored financial planning solutions to high-net-worth clients, ensuring advice is technically accurate, well researched and compliant.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed suitability reports and recommendations.
- Researching and analysing financial products and investment solutions.
- Supporting advisers with complex financial planning cases.
- Producing accurate cashflow modelling and financial planning analysis, where required.
- Ensuring recommendations meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Working closely with advisers and the wider team to deliver a high standard of client service.
- A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum.
- Proven experience working as a Paraplanner within financial services.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work on complex cases.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong report-writing skills.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage workloads independently.
- A genuine interest in developing their career as a Paraplanner.
For experienced Paraplanners, fully remote working is also an option. The existing team already includes fully remote Paraplanners, so this is an established way of working.
