As a Senior Paraplanner, you'll be a vital part of the advice process, providing technical expertise and helping advisers deliver exceptional financial planning solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Producing high-quality, compliant suitability reports and recommendation letters.
• Conducting detailed research across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning solutions.
• Providing technical support and analysis to advisers.
• Assisting with complex cases and client planning strategies.
• Ensuring recommendations meet FCA and internal compliance standards.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
• Working collaboratively with advisers and administrators to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the business through your expertise and insight.

We're looking for a technically strong Paraplanner who enjoys taking ownership and wants to be part of a business where they can have a real impact.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience in a Paraplanning role.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and financial planning.
• Experience producing high-quality suitability reports.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• A proactive approach and willingness to contribute ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering positive client outcomes.
• The ability to build effective working relationships with advisers and colleagues.
