Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

We have a requirement for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join the Sheffield office of an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice.
With services ranging from Architectural Design, Structural Engineering and Planning, this opportunity will give you the chance to learn from a diverse range of disciplines. Our client covers a wide range of sectors, although the focus in the short to medium term will be on large scale residential projects, so experience in the sector would be ideal.

Requirements

• Must have a Part 2 qualification (MArch or equivalent), with a strong drive and ambition to progress towards Part 3 and chartership with the ARB/RIBA.
• Experience using Revit as well as knowledge of BIM workflows is preferable.
• As our client covers multiple sectors, we're looking for a candidate with a similarly diverse portfolio, with a proven ability to adapt to the design demands of various project types and clients.
• While you will be given first class support and training, we're looking for a self-motivated, creatively driven individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
