About the role
Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you'll gain valuable experience across transport operations while developing the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in logistics. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, learning how transport movements are planned, coordinated, and delivered efficiently.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting the transport team with daily operational activities
Learning how transport plans are created and managed
Communicating with internal teams and external partners
Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with transport administration and documentation
Monitoring operational activities and helping to resolve issues
Developing an understanding of the end-to-end logistics process
About you
Good communication skills are essential, along with a positive and optimistic attitude to deliver excellent customer service to a wide variety of customers. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will need to manage a high volume of details and processes efficiently. This role thrives on a team culture where we constantly depend on each other to achieve our aims and goals. The ideal candidate will be dependable, strong enough to hold their own, and possess a strong, confident approach.
