Your new role
They are looking for a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Administrator to provide essential administrative and governance support to the team 3 days a week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, has strong attention to detail, and is confident working with a variety of systems and stakeholders.As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in ensuring documents, records, meetings, and governance processes are managed efficiently and accurately.

  • Arranging and coordinating meetings, supporting your manager with diary management, including preparing agendas and meeting materials when needed
  • Uploading and maintaining governance documentation on internal systems.
  • Saving, organising, and managing documents within SharePoint.
  • Providing corporate information and administrative support to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Processing and responding to Know Your Customer (KYC) requests.
  • Updating and amending governance documents in line with business requirements.
  • Chasing outstanding invoices and supporting financial administration activities.
  • Printing, filing, scanning, and general office administration duties.
  • Maintaining and updating registers using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate, compliant, and up to date.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supporting governance or compliance-related activities would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of KYC processes would be beneficial but is not essential.
