We are seeking a professional and dependable Part Time Administrator to join our team and provide high-quality administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth and effective running of the school.
Please Note
The advertised salary is based on a 25-hour working week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm). However, applications from candidates seeking up to 30 hours per week will also be considered, and the salary will be adjusted accordingly, in line with the same pay scale.
What you’ll be doing as a Part Time Administrator:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to help the school run smoothly.
- Welcome visitors and act as the first point of contact for parents, carers and external agencies.
- Maintain accurate pupil records, attendance information and school data.
- Manage enquiries, emails and communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the organisation of meetings, events, training and general office activities.
What we’re looking for:
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications, to include English and maths
- Excellent ICT skills including effective use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise

Established in 2018, Oakbridge School is an independent special day school in Birmingham with a specially designed learning environment created to meet the needs of autistic children. In November 2025, Oakbridge School moved into its newly developed site in Handsworth Wood, further enhancing our specialist facilities and educational provision. We provide a calm, low arousal, safe, positive and nurturing place where young people can learn and grow.
Oakbridge School is part of Kedleston Group. We specialise in providing specialist education for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). These include autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
