Key Responsibilities
- Support daily finance and governance activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain accurate records and uphold data integrity within financial systems
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial workflows
- Process weekly payroll
- Prepare monthly journals, including prepayments and accruals
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage CIS returns and quarterly VAT submissions
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
