Job Description:

• This Financial Solutions company is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Part-Time Business Development Managers
• This role is perfect for those interested in building a sideline income with the potential to transition into a full-time role, at a later if desired, or stay part time - Totally flexible to suit you

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities & build strong relationships with clients
• Upsell & cross-sell their financial / insurance products & services to meet client needs
• Utilise your self-motivated, can-do attitude to drive sales & achieve your own targets
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients, qualifications to be gained
• Work independently to manage your schedule & client interactions.

Qualifications:

• No prior commercial insurance experience required
• Strong self-motivation & confidence in your ability to develop business
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently & manage your time effectively
• A positive attitude & a desire to achieve & exceed the sales targets you set

The main office is in Warrington, you have the option to be office based every day, or hybrid, or just calling into the office for pre-planned meetings etc.

Compensation:

• This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance
• Unlimited commission earnings
