Main Purpose of the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will support the Customer Service team in addressing tenant queries, fostering strong partnerships for a collaborative working environment. The position offers a flexible schedule, with hours from Monday to Thursday (1:00 PM - 5:30 PM) and Fridays (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM) totalling 25 hours a week, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking a work-life balance. Salary £13.45 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception switchboard duties, ensuring a warm and professional greeting for all visitors and callers.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Offer first-line solutions to tenants, striving to resolve queries promptly and effectively.
- Handle confidential data with the utmost care and discretion, maintaining the integrity of information.
- Utilise excellent communication skills to build rapport with tenants and colleagues alike.
- Demonstrate competence in Microsoft packages; training will be provided on the organisation's internal systems.
