Part time Customer Service Advisor - Blakely

Part time hours, a brand people actually care about, and a team that makes coming to work worth it. Blakely Clothing is a Norwich-born fashion brand with a loyal following across the UK, and they're looking for a part time Customer Service Advisor to join their team From October through to January 2027.

The role is written communication only, no phones, covering customer queries via email and social media, processing exchanges and vouchers, and liaising with internal teams on delivery, stock, and shipment issues. It's a focused, manageable role that suits someone who communicates well in writing and takes customer experience seriously.

If you have online customer support experience and strong written English, you'll be well placed here. A genuine interest in fashion and online retail will make the day-to-day feel natural rather than just functional.

What the role offers:

• £12.71 per hour
• Thursday, Friday and Monday in the Norwich office; Saturday and Sunday from home
