As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children.
• Support children's learning and development through engaging activities.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
• Contribute to observations, assessments and planning in line with the EYFS.
• Help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can flourish.

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, caring and enthusiastic approach.
