Hours: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 09:00am - 5:00pm)
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £16.50 per hour, dependent on experience
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and organised Graphic Designer to join our clients team on a part-time basis, providing ongoing support across a variety of design and marketing projects.
Following the successful completion of a major product catalogue project, they now require additional support to assist with a range of graphic design activities, including marketing materials, internal catalogues, company reference guides and other ad hoc creative projects as they arise.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable commercial design experience or for an experienced designer seeking flexible, part-time work.
Working closely with the management team, you will play an important role in producing professional, engaging and accurate design materials that support the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and update catalogues, brochures, product literature and marketing materials
- Create internal marketing collateral and company quick reference guides
- Produce visually engaging content in line with company branding and guidelines
- Gather, organise and maintain product information, imagery and supporting content
- Edit, resize and optimise images using design software
- Ensure all materials are accurate, professional and visually consistent
- Liaise with internal teams to gather information and design requirements
- Proofread content prior to publication
- Maintain organised records of artwork, templates and design assets
- Support a variety of ongoing design and marketing projects as business needs evolve
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign is essential
- Previous experience within Graphic Design, Marketing Design or Artworking would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately while managing multiple projects
- Good written communication and proofreading skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and managing digital files
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- A creative eye with the ability to produce high-quality design work
