Part time Grounds Keeper (3 days PW)

Our North London based client is looking for a Part time (3 days per week) Grounds Keeper for their estate. 

A part time role, supporting the current full time groundskeeper. The ideal candidate would have experience in large gardens and grounds, with a good knowledge of planting, pruning, tree trimming and upkeep. The property has stables, fields and a jumping arena and although horses are not currently kept on the property, experience with horses is in no way essential but would be considered a bonus. 

Responsibilities and Duties

1. General Grounds Maintenance 
2. General Property Cleaning 
3. Equipment Maintenance and Cleaning
4. Planting and pruning.
5. Maintenance of the lawns and fields
6. Pond cleaning
7. Tree Trimming
8. Controlling plant health
9. General Maintenance tasks (fence mending, upkeep of out buildings, etc)
