Part-time HR Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Groups HR Division are excited to be exclusively partnered with a fantastic South Yorkshire business who are looking to appoint a Part-Time HR Advisor to join their HR Team on a permanent basis at 21 hours per week across 3 days - shorter hours and longer days are also available. 

This is a newly created role within an established HR team, where you'll work alongside another HR Advisor and report directly to the HR Manager. Operating as a true generalist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the full range of HR initiatives whilst also developing personally. As a HR Advisor, your day to day duties will include:

• Managing a caseload of ER issues; mainly surrounding absence management
• Advising and coaching the management team & providing consistent advice on employment law
• ER related matters including investigations, grievance, disciplinaries and dismissals
• Managing the Employee Life Cycle – Assisting with recruitment, selection and onboarding
• Leading on projects such as Staff Engagement & Surveys 
• HR Reporting to provide regular updates to Senior Leadership team
• Supporting with end to end recruitment requirements

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

• Proven experience of operating as a HR Advisor 
• A strong understanding of employment legislation
