Part Time HR Advisor in Norwich

As a trusted People Advisor, you'll provide practical, professional and people-focused advice across a wide range of HR matters. You'll work closely with managers, helping them navigate employee relations issues, develop their teams and create a positive employee experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives
- Providing guidance on employment policies, procedures and best practice
- Assisting with organisational change and people projects
- Supporting wellbeing, engagement and inclusion initiatives
- Maintaining accurate people records, reporting and compliance activities
- Coaching managers to build confidence and capability in managing their teams
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or People Advisor role
- Strong employee relations case management experience
- Up-to-date employment law knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A practical, solution-focused approach
- The confidence to challenge and influence when required
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
