Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Executive

The position is based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, offering flexible part-time hours to be agreed. The pay rate ranges from £15–£18 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company LinkedIn page
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
• Develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Produce case studies, news articles, and company updatesUpdate website content and ensure information remains current
• Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility
• Monitor website and social media analytics
• Create basic marketing materials and graphics
• Work closely with management to promote products, services, and achievements

Essential Skills & Attributes:

• Previous experience within marketing, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Experience managing LinkedIn business accounts
• Knowledge of website content management systems
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

The Successful Candidate Will Have Experience In:

• Developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns
• Managing social media accounts to drive engagement
• Creating written and visual marketing content
• Updating and maintaining website content
• Working both independently and collaboratively within a team
