Are you tired of routine shifts in retail, hospitality, or office admin and looking for a meaningful part-time role that brightens up your afternoons? Koru Kids is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Part Time Nanny to support a welcoming family in Camden.

If you love working with children and want a rewarding job that fits seamlessly around your morning commitments or studies, this after-school role is the perfect match. You will be looking after two great kids—a 5-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl—collecting them from their local school and keeping them engaged, safe, and happy until their parents return from work.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect the children from school in the afternoon and walk them safely to their home in Camden.
• Plan and enjoy fun, age-appropriate activities, such as trips to the local park, reading, baking, and playing board games.
• Assist with simple homework tasks and offer gentle encouragement with their learning.
• Prepare basic, nutritious after-school snacks and simple meals for the children.
• Create a warm, safe, and supportive home environment until the parents finish work around 6:00 pm.

Required Skills & Experience

• A genuine passion for working with children and a warm, positive attitude.
• Excellent reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Great communication skills to keep in touch with parents about the afternoon's activities.
• Good organizational skills to manage school pickups, snack times, and play seamlessly.
• No formal qualifications or previous professional nannying experience needed—enthusiasm and creativity are what count most!

Nice-to-have

• Prior informal experience with children, such as babysitting, volunteering at a summer camp, or helping family and friends.
