Evolve is partnering with an innovative pharmacy chain who are looking for a Part Time Pharmacist Manager to drive excellence in patient care, lead a motivated team, and help shape the future of community pharmacy. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Wigan (WN2), working Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9am–5pm, with Saturday hours from 9am–2pm. You’ll be joining an operation currently processing around 4,000 items per month, with the opportunity to play a key role in developing this further.

• Fully Registered Professional: You’re a proud member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), ensuring the highest professional standards.
• Inspiring Leader: You have a genuine passion for leading and empowering a team, creating a positive environment where everyone can excel.
• Vaccine trained, with the confidence to provide outstanding patient care and make a real difference within the local community.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust - Use your confidence and clarity to explain complex information, engage effectively with patients and healthcare professionals, and provide a high-quality service.

Role Responsibilities for the Part Time Pharmacist Manager

• Lead the way: Take charge of the day-to-day leadership and smooth running of the pharmacy, creating an environment where both the team and the business thrive.
• Inspire and motivate: Energise and guide the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring duties are completed to the highest standard and company targets are not only met but exceeded together.
• Keep operations seamless: Oversee the safe and accurate receipt of deliveries—including controlled drugs while ensuring any missing items are promptly claimed and returns are handled within set timeframes.
• Champion patient care: Offer expert advice to patients on their prescriptions and support your team in doing the same, ensuring every interaction builds trust and provides exceptional care.
