Your new company

A busy Primary School in inner-city Birmingham is looking for a Part Time School Receptionist. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 1pm, this is a long term opportunity initially until the end of the year with possible longer term opportunities to start as soon as possible.


Your new role

The role will be to provide reception cover for a very busy school. The role will entail signing in visitors, inputting registers onto Arbor, dealing with dinner monies and using adsum4. You will at times be required to deal with parents who can at times be difficult.


PLEASE NOTE THE SCHOOL WILL ONLY CONSIDER APPLICANTS WITH ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE WITHIN A SCHOOL.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have a high level of communication skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this
