Part Time Telesales Executive

Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for our locally based Halesowen client who are recruiting for a part time Telesales Executive due to expansion, hours of work are Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm. Parking is available.

Please note that this role is full based on site.

Duties and tasks will include:

• ⁠ ⁠Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
• ⁠ ⁠Introducing our products and explaining their benefits
• ⁠ ⁠Generating qualified leads and arranging appointments for the sales team
• ⁠ ⁠Using LinkedIn to research potential customers, identify key decision-makers and develop new business opportunities
• ⁠ ⁠Maintaining accurate customer records and call notes
• ⁠ ⁠Working towards achievable call, lead and sales targets
• ⁠ ⁠Supporting the wider sales team with business-development activities

Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:

• ⁠ ⁠Previous telesales, telephone-based sales or business-development experience is preferred
• ⁠ ⁠Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation is preferred
• ⁠ ⁠Confident and professional telephone manner
• ⁠ ⁠Friendly, persuasive and comfortable speaking with business decision-makers
• ⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
• ⁠ ⁠Able to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships
• ⁠ ⁠Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• ⁠ ⁠Experience within commercial hygiene, facilities management or B2B sales would be advantageous but is not essential
