Holt Engineering are working with a Manufacturing company in Poole who are on the look out for a Part time Warehouse Operative to join our team on a part-time basis, supporting day-to-day warehouse and yard operations.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, keeping things organised and working as part of a team.

The Part Time Warehouse Operative role is working 22 hours per week.

Hours are: 
  • Monday–Thursday: 12:00–16:00
  • Friday: 07:00–13:00
Paying £12.90 - £13 per hour 

Duties as a Part time Warehouse Operative: 
  • Loading cardboard and plastic into machines
  • Dismantling filters
  • Replacing cages 
  • Keeping the yard and warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised.
  • Sweeping, removing rubbish and managing plastic waste.
  • Sorting and organising pallets.
  • Sorting scrap metal and general waste.
  • Providing general support across warehouse operations.
To be successful as a Part Time Warehouse Operative: 
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  • Comfortable with physical, hands-on work.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Previous warehouse, yard experience.
