Year 3 Teacher - Primary School (Rochdale)
September 2026 - February 2027 | Part-Time (3 Days per Week) | KS2 Teaching Role

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Rochdale from September 2026 through to February 2027. This is a part-time position (3 days per week), offering a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a KS2 classroom.

This inclusive and community-focused school is committed to providing a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential. With a strong emphasis on core skills, personal development, and a broad curriculum, the school is looking for a committed KS2 practitioner who can support pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2 learning.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured Year 3 lessons across the KS2 curriculum
  • Support pupils' development in reading, writing, and maths
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Use assessment effectively to identify next steps and support pupil progress
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to promote positive outcomes

To Be Considered You Must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 or lower KS2
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management and a positive teaching style
  • Be committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil development
